Hi, My L1-A is expiring in Jan-2020. Unfortunately, it seems like I was not selected in the H1B lottery this year as well.
My spouse will be getting her I-140 in a couple of months. [She is on H1B]
What are my current options to stay and work in the US.
I can move to H4 and apply for H4-EAD, but will need to wait until EAD is approved, which may require me to be jobless for 3-6 months. And I cannot afford that with home mortgage.
Please suggest the right way.
