Good morning All,
I am now on L2-Visa and plan to enter the US this week for a week to submit my EAD application then return to UK for work. Our immigration attorney told us I need to be in the US at least for one week, to allow time for preparing the EAD, signature, review, filing and receipt by USCIS. But I am confused with the time here:
Can I leave the states once the EAD is filed by the attorney? Or do I need to wait for a receipt from USCIS? If so, how long does it take to receive the receipt?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
