I have been in USA for a couple of years now on L1 Visa. I will be going back to India soon. Obviously in these 2 year I have paid a lot in taxes (federal, state, ssn, medical) for which I will get no benifits as I neither a citizen nor do I intend to become one. Does the government reimburse the taxes once the person wants to leave the country?
