Hi , I am currently in USA with L1A indiviudual visa and my visa is getting expired on August 2019. Due to insufficient subordinate count my employer decided to apply L1B Individual/Blanket visa for me. Kindly clarify me on the below

- What is the success rate for L1B Individual/Blanket?
- What kind of question i can expect while going for stamping?
- If my employer opted for L1B individual visa, can i stay in USA after my current I94 expired and can i stay in USA till i get my L1B Individual result?
- Is it possible to get the LBlanket in canada within 2 months?

- What is the success rate for L1B Individual/Blanket?

L1A & L1B is totally different type of visas. L1A is for Managers (non-technical) while L1B is for Specialized skills (sort of technical). Moving from L1B to L1A is fine showing promotion. While the other way is pretty risky.

- What kind of question i can expect while going for stamping?

Yes, you can stay upto 240 days.

- Is it possible to get the LBlanket in canada within 2 months?

Yes, for Blanket you just need an appointment. Get an appointment, visit Canada, get stamped & return to USA.
