    Switch to L2 from H1

    All - I need your advice...I am in H1 and will be done with 6 yrs by March 2011. My wife is in L1 and I am thinking to switch to L2 and continue working for another couple of years. Is it possible to switch to L2 without leaving US? and will there be any complications in applying visa or in immigration when returning to US from vacation?
