L1b individual Visa clarification

I am currently in USA with L1A indiviudual visa and my visa is getting expired on August 2019. Due to insufficient subordinate count my employer decided to apply L1B Individual/Blanket visa for me. Kindly clarify me on the below

- What is the success rate for L1B Individual/Blanket?
- What kind of question i can expect while going for stamping?
- If my employer opted for L1B individual visa, can i stay in USA after my current I94 expired and can i stay in USA till i get my L1B Individual result?
- Is it possible to get the LBlanket in canada within 2 months?
