L1 : My waiting time for renew is longer than my limit date in passport

Somebody knows if I have to leave USA with my family considering my limit date in the passport is june12th 2019 (L-1) and until today USCIS didn't return with an answer about my extension I-129 if it wa approved or not? I received the Receipt and also an email from USCIS that they are taking more time as usual. But I donn't know if we ccan wait here in USA with the my current L1 visa expired in june 12th, 2019?
