My L1b expires 03/15/10. An extension was filed for me with a recipt notice of 02/11/10. My wife's L2 extension was also filed simultaneously. Does anyone know how mcuh time would they take to process both. On USCIS website as of Dec 31, it says for L Petitions is 1 month and fdor L2 is 2.5 months. Does that mean the on or the other will be held until the second one is processed.
