Hi All,
My husband had applied for L2 EAD along with my L1a extension in dec 2018.It was in premium.It got approved in Feb 2019.But no signs of his L2 EAD approval.
Its been already 5 months.The receipt date to raise service request shows jan 14 2019 but it doesnt allow us to raise service request , says u r case is within processing time.
His DL will expire soon, his job at stake.Any ideas what can be done.
We had called the help line, they also couldnt raise service request and asked us to wait for another 2-3 days, we did wait for a week.Same issue now also.
What can we do now?
