thanks you sharing your visa experiences. its really helping for those who preparing like me.
i am having my L1 A blanket interview in first week of july.
i have 14 years of IT experience and 7.5 with curent employer.
10+ direct & indirect reportees in india and USA. salary would be 9x.00 k..
here are my questions
1.what is the success rate of L1 A blanket for manager in india ?
2. is more than 1xx k is necessary for this type of visa ?
3. being service based company, we work in client location ?
how do we respond to them where u r going to work ?
help me with preparation tips for L1 A visa..

1.what is the success rate of L1 A blanket for manager in india ?

Blanket visa is mostly dependent on how well you perform in interview. VO usually rejects blanket application on an iota of doubt & request for individual petition.

2. is more than 1xx k is necessary for this type of visa ?

No, there is no such rule anywhere. But higher the salary, the better chances of visa.

3. being service based company, we work in client location ?
how do we respond to them where u r going to work ?

Tell the truth.

Be confident, behave like a international manager & not like a software engineer.
