HI,
My L1A visa will be expired on August 2, 2019, and I already received approval on my I-129 for additional 2 years. I understand that I must go out of the US in order to get my new visa stamped in my passport.
Questions:
- Does the approval allow me automatically to stay in the US for another 2 years, or should I stamp my passport first in order to have this additional 2 years?
- I'm trying to understand how the appointments in the consulates is done. Do I need to complete the DS160 form? or is there other form?
- Is there additional interview?
Thanks a lot!
