Need help on i 94 urgent

Hi,

I am coming to USA on l2 visa.What type of questions
i may FACE at immigration in USA at the time of entry.

What will be the status of my i 94 i.e validity
i mean on what basis expiry will be given apart
from visa expiry and passport expiry.

Usually there will not be any questions.
Carry copy of L1 petition (of principal applicant)

I-94 date depends on immigration officer. Either petition expiry date or passport expiry date.

Can u plz answer my below questions:

1.I 94 validity will be only based on either passport or visa?

2.Right now I have resiegned job in india and coming to us.If I say this answer will it be any problem ?

>>> Usually it is till the primary applicant's (l1 holder's) petition expiry date. Sometime it might be based on the visa expiry or passport expiry.

>> No issues. They don't care whether you have resigned your job in India or not.
