I-129 Denied

We just received a denial notice for I-129(L1 individual) after RFE was sent(premium process). What's next? Can we re-appeal for the denial?
Is it possible to apply again? How long should the gap be if applying again? Any advice, help really appreciated.

Sorry to hear that.

I guess, your attorney can request for reason for denial. And then he can request for re-appeal or you can file a new petition as well.

But before that you should really try to find out what caused the denial & what need to be corrected before you re-apply.

So basically the visa category is L1A. We submitted docs to attorney and looks like they are few missing docs. However, we provided organizational chart which consists of all leads and individual employees details, but they stating we haven't mentioned everybody's name in the chart. So reasons are something like this. We need to re appeal again with proper docs,
