L1 A Extension during AOS

My L1A Blanket visa is getting expired in 3 months. My company filed for the green card but dates are not current for AOS. During the green card
process, I did receive Advance Parole EAD/I-131 valid till the end of 2020.

• Do I need to have both valid L1 visa extended or can I use Advance Parole EAD for employment and travel in and out of US?

• Is ongoing AOS process create any risk for L1 visa extension or L1 visa extension create any risk for the AOS process?

• Can L1A be extended within the US or I need to go to India for the consular interview?

AP can be used to travel in & out of USA.

No, L1 is a dual-intent visa, hence you can have both (L1 & AOS) go in parallel without impacting each other.

Yes, you can certainly extend your petition & I94 while in USA. Consular is only needed when you need visa i.e. when you want to travel outside USA.
