L1B Extension Approved

I am working in US with L1B Blanket visa for almost 3 years and here the extension is approved with L1B Individual petition (I797A). Now my question is for visa stamping:

1) I am not eligible for Dropbox and I must schedule for interview
2) While scheduling the interview, should I have to choose Blanket or Individual? And the earliest appointment is around 3 months from now for my location. Shall I select a different consulate in India for interview? Please advise

Individual. You can choose any location, since you are not "living" in India anymore.

Thank you! And for my spouse, we need to apply for L2 Individual and wont be eligible for dropbox? Expired L2 Blanket visa and now for L2 Individual visa. Kindly someone confirm on this as well

Did not you applied for L2 extension along with your L1 extension ?

Applied L1 Extension, L2 Extension and L2 EAD together in March 2019 in Premium processing. I got my L1 extension approved within 10 days! L2 - no updates yet.

Hope you deposited correct visa fee & submitted new form?
