Change in Customer and Location for Approved L1B Individual Petition

Please suggest me what is the process to be followed if you have an approved L1B Individual Petition for a Client X in Location A but you would like to change it to another Customer Y with a different location B. Please assume that the Specialized Knowledge requirement remains same as in the petition. What is the process and how long does it usually take.
