Hi Sir/Madam,
Two weeks back, I had a L1 B (specialized knowledge) interview at Mumbai. Unfortunately the visa was denied under 221(g).
The consulate officer gave me a 221(g) WHITE letter, which described that the visa is not rejected but kept pending and i should apply for a H1 or L1 individual visa.
He handed the passport and I129 back to me.
The passport is not stamped for any rejections. On I129, the officer wrote a comment saying "HAS NOT CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE KNOWLEDGE".
My doubts are
1. Is the visa rejected or kept pending for me to explain them the knowledge (my work specific) again.
2. If it is rejected when can i reapply?
My company has stopped process both H1 and L1 individual.
So now what BEST i can do?
Please guide me on this.
I have been going mad over this since the interview, but luckly i found your site where i could see some ray of light.
