Hi ,
I applied for the L1A extension (premium processing) through Attorney. After 5 days the status got updated as "On April 30, 2019, we sent a request for additional evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Non-immigrant Worker". Now almost 50 days are passed but i have not received any update from the USCIS. My attorney has raised a service request to get the copy of RFE but still no document is received. Only communication i received was to get the bio metric for my dependent. We completed biometric 2 days back.
Just wanted to know if any one else has faced the similar issue ? Also, what happen if i did not received the RFE document and RFE max time expired. My Visa is expiring on July 30th.
