Delayed - EAD rfe documents

Hi Everyone,
my spouse ead application has gone to rfe 20 days back.Neither the attorney received a copy nor we got courtesy copy.
We raised Service request a week ago.No updates

Anyone faced same?

After multiple calls and expediate requests, we could finally get USCIS to email us the RFE.It has "COPY" written on all pages.
Can we respond with this RFE copy?
