Hi I am currently in US and applying for L1 Blanket Visa . I will be travelling with my family . There are no appointments in Canada till end of Jan 2020 for Visa Interview. Can we apply for an appointment in Costa rica as the latest appointment available is in this month.. Has any one had experience in getting an appointment in that country and getting the visa stamped. Please share your experience within the country and the consulate.
