L1A Extension denied - Need help on next steps

Hi All,

My L1-A blanket visa approved in 2016 and extension was denied after an RFE in June-2019. Attorney is not sharing the rejection reason and also the RFE information. I am planning to reapply L1-A extension again. I am still in the US and have a valid I94 for another year.

Should we wait before we reapply the L1A extension. if yes, any specific period (3 months etc)?
Should I travel to India and apply a L1A blanket instead of L1A individual extension?

You can reapply for extension immediately - no waiting period. I would suggest to do it asap.

Blanket will be more risky in my opinion.
