L1 stamping while AOS pending
I came here 2 years back on L1. My visa expired last year and i got my I-94 extended untill May 2005. So my legal stats here is still L1 but my passport doesn't have new visa. I got married to USA here 4 months back and applied for AOS (I485) last month. I wanna visit my home country in Jan 2005. I'm worried that will i be able to get L1 VISA stamp in my home country or it will be denied as i've applied for AOS??
Though i've applied for Advance Parole also, but not sure when i'll receive it.
