Does L1 B VISA require location change Amendment

Does L1 B VISA require location change Amendment ?


In 2016 my L1B VISA was filed for Lyncburg location but somehow my project got changed and I traveled to different location. During that time I was told that no location changed amendment is required.

Now at time of my extension filing, I got RFE to justify duty location change and I am tot sure how to respond on this.

Please somebody can help me.
