I 129 petition reopened 5 days after RFE initiated

My L1 petition (premium) was received on 17th July and RFE was initiated on 19th July. I am yet to receive the RFE document however this morning my case status changed to "Case reopened and previous action taken on application is being reconsidered". What does it mean? So far, 2 documents have been sent by USCIS but not received yet. 1 for RFE and another for case reopened

May be an software issue, wait for any mail communication from USCIS.
