Hi Friends,
I got US L1 visa 1st time in Feb' 2016, It was valid until Feb'2019. Out of 3 years, i spent around 1 years 8 months in US.
Lastly i came back to India in 15-Dec 2018 when my visa was still valid.
My work exp after visa approved (16 Feb 2016 )
In US- 1st Aug 2016- Jan 2018.
In India - 1st Feb 2018 - 30 May 2018
In us - 1 June 2018 - Nov 2018
In India - Afterwards
But since i couldn't go back, my visa expired and couldn't apply for extension.
So as i am in India, can i apply for extension? (My VISA is already expired).
Can I apply for L1 VISA again?
