Can i travel on B1/B2 visa for meeting (Aug12-Aug28) and L1 Consulate Interview Scheduled for Sept3.

No they are two independent things.

Yes. You can safely travel. You dont need to mention on ur L1 as you are not going on billing/salary based trip/role .

I traveled once on B1 for business purpose, after my Blanket L1 was rejected & Individual L1 was in process - Faced no issue. Got L1 stamped & returned back to USA for work.
