Hi All,
I recently moved to the US on L1B. My port of entry was Chicago. CBP officer at the counter did not collect one of the endorsed copies of i129s+i797. I asked him whether it is required for him to collect it, he said no. Officer was looking uninterested and he was talking to some officer while we were at the counter. Will there be any problem because of this? However my i94 is updated correctly and I've put a word to my attorney regarding this and yet to hear from her. I would like to know your opinion.
