Will i get L1 if Port Of Entry rejected for B1

Hi,

1 month back my Port of Entry Rejected for B1 because of miss communication happened between my India and US company counterparts.

They have put the stamp on my Visa "Canceled Application withdrawn".

My Company realized the mistake and want to do L1 visa, will i get the L1 visa ?

That should be fine as both visa are different. But chances are high that they will ask you in the interview, why and what went wrong during B1. Because as you stated, it was your company's mistake, so, you have to be prepared with valid answer for that incident. Otherwise, it will be fine.

If i need to apply for I-601 i.e. waiver of inadmissible to US on my Business visa how much time will it take and who will need to proceed me or company?
