Company A has some branches (Local offices) in US and abroad.
the employee for company A branch in the foreign nation 1 has moved to US and is working for Company A US branch with blanket L1b Visa.
Company B acquires some abroad branches of the company A and US branch where the employee works. but the branch from the foreign nation 1 is not included in the acquisition.
the acquisition is not stock but asset and all employee/liabilities and the daily work would be the same.
in this cases, the L1 visa from the employee can be eligible after the acquisition?
