  • Chances of L1A individual visa extension approval

    Hi All,

I have applied for my L1A individual visa extension on March 4th 2019. I have received RFE on June 4th 2019. My RFE response due date is August 30 2019.

My USCIS processing center is California. Also I have filed my visa extension in Regular mode.

Does any one know what are the chances of approval for L1A individual visa extension.

Does overall approval rate in Q3 2019 for L1A individual visa extension is better.

Please share your valuable thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Its not like a season, when everyone is approved or everyone is rejected.

If your profile is good, you'll get approval easily. Ensure not to lie or submit F A K E documents.

RFE should be taken positively that instead of rejecting the application, they are giving you another chance to submit proofs required to approve your extension.

Stay positive, you are good to get approval.

On L1A the focus of RFEs have been to truly test the multi - national manager / executive criteria. Meaning you have the sufficient # of ppl reporting to you, have budgetary, people hire / fire responsibilities and your salary levels are consistent with that (for eg., i have seen cases prepared as multi - national manager but their salary is ~100K.... which tells the VO that documentation is creatively prepared). So if your petition and proofs are consistent with these and these days they are asking for social media handles.. as long as your views posted online are non - controversial... you should not worry,

Salary also depends on the work location. An $100K is not good enough for NY, SFO area, however it will be okay for Memphis, Detroit area.

navasel Thank you for posting your timeline. Mine is still pending from TSC, attorney raised SR request seems the request processed by USCIS. Waiting for my attorney to reply with the response. I am guessing mostly it may generic response or i may receive RFE.
