Regarding: L1 Indivisual RFE at USCIS

Hi,
My company is doing L1 Indivisual for me and i got a RFE while filing in USCIS.
USCIS RFE time line is 3months. I have responded to that RFE just 2days back.

1). Please let know is there any chance to get Reject VISA here itself?
2). Is there any Quota available for H1B (2010), thn i can ask my company to do H1B for me.

1. Possible and depends on what the RFE was for.
2. 2011 will open on 4/1/2010 for filing. 2010 is history.
