L1A Individual Visa- Urgent Help

I came to US with L1A(Blanket) Visa on Oct'15, was valid till Sep'18. My company filed L1A(Individual) extension of stay which was approved by USCIS with valid till Aug'20. I am planning to visit India.

Can I apply at the Kolkata Consulate for the Visa Stamping or do I need to go to Chennai for the visa stamping?

Answer: Yes.
Was your prior L-1 visa (individual intracompany transferee) annotated “Clearance Received” or “Department Authorization”? YES/NO
Answer: You need to make sure this with the help of your previous visa.
Have you ever been refused a L-1 visa (individual intracompany transferee) visa before? YES/NO
Answer: You will need to Answer for this. If you have any previous visa refusals, Please provide the answer accordingly.
Is your previous L-1 visa (individual intracompany transferee) still valid? YES/NO
Answer: In this case, No (As per the details member gave)

Hi,
Looking for similar case for L1B Blanket extended as L1B Individual while in US. Am I eligible for dropbox?

For first question I believe the previous L1 was a blanket visa then how come the answer is Yes ?? Current one is L1 Individual??
