HI,
Got my L1A extension approval (I797) and I129 form. Looks like attorney miss spelled my first name (one letter is wrong) in the I 129 and USCIS used the same name.
I asked the attorney to get it corrected, they raised a service request, it been a moth and half, if i ask attorney they are saying wait until 90 days to put another SR.
does any one faced the same situation? how long it will take name SR get completed.
Noticed in some form that if it is attorney's mistake then my petition needs to be amended and USCIS has to process it again, is that true?
Any insight would be highly appreciated.
