Recourses when L1B Individual Visa gets refused in Stamping Interview

Hi Team,
Could you please provide your valuable feedback as what are the recourses available if L1B Individual Visa gets refused during Stamping Interview at Consulate.
Can a new appointment be taken with same DS160 or it is advisable to create a new DS160 after 2 months and then take appointments.
Please advise as what are the feasible recourses available

Hi Team,
Please provide your advice in the matter where someone having approved L1B Individual Petition gets refused during Consular Interview. Could it be possible to make use of same Petition and schedule an appointment with a new DS-160 after a specified time. Or a new Petition needs to be filed with USCIS after a specified Gap.
Please advise.
