L1B Individual processing under Premium. RFE received

Hello,

I had a question on premium processing for L1B Individual petition filed under premium. My company filed L1B Individual petition on Aug 14, 2019 under premium processing. On Aug 23, 2019 the status shows as "Request for Additional evidence". My question is, whether the case will be still considered under premium processing OR will it be treated as normal processing? I am yet to receive the RFE letter. what are the timelines of processing RFE after submitting the documents?

It will still be under premium processing. Once you submit RFE response, result will be delivered in 15days.

Same case for me as well. I submitted RFE response thru' my company Visa team. How will i know when the attorney submitted the response with USCIS?

You need to check the status on USCIS website. Status should be updated like 'Response to RFE received'

Which one you are referring to, "https://my.uscis.gov/" or "https://egov.uscis.gov/".

Both websites shows different status and not up-to-date. Pl help.

Usually my.uscis.gov is updated one. Here it looks like your response to RFE is still not submitted. Lookout for update like 'Response to RFE received'
In the my.usics.gov account, check the entire history if status like '15 days processing is stopped" etc.

ratedguy I had submitted all my RFE docs to my VISA team by end of 1st week of Sep. I am not sure if the attorney has filed the RFE response.

Meanwhile, the case status on USCIS now says "Document was mailed to me on Aug 29th and should receive the documents by Sep 28th". I dont understand what this means. my biggest question is, I had the status as "Request for additional evidence" on Aug 23rd, but now the status on USCIS website says "Document was mailed to me on Aug 29th and should receive the documents by Sep 28th".

Can anyone please share similar experiences.

I read it on other forums and people says this means approval notice is sent.

Please check with attorney ASAP and update us.
