    L1 visa for Canada PR holder

    Is there any impact (positive or negative) of having Canada PR on L1 visa approval? If one is employed in India, should the L1 blanket be applied from India or Canada? Please suggest.

    Should not be any issue. You can apply for either of these countries - suggestion would be to apply from where you are working for that company.
