My wife has an upcoming appointment at a consulate to extend her L1B for another 2 years (she's already at 3 now) and her current visa expires shortly. Her employer has prepared a very detailed packet for her to present at the consulate and we're hopeful it will be approved.
I am a US citizen and we have a child together (also a us citizen), we've been married 3 years. Should I attend her consulate interview? Will they let me come with her? I know her L1 is entirely dependent on the application and my attendance won't impact it but just wondering if it would be good/bad. We're hopeful it will be extended but if not we're going the green card route. If extended we're also going to apply for the GC once we return.
What are the odds she'll be approved? She works for a top 20 fortune 500 company and has a high US salary with a very specialized role/knowledge required since she's worked for the company for a very long time.
