I recently was interviewed for L1 B Visa in Chennai, India. I went along with my family, my wife and kid. The detailed conversation is as follows
Me: Good Morning Sir, How are you doing this morning?
VO: A very Good Morning, I am doing great, how you are doing?
Me: I am doing great too!
( Handed over my L1B documents and my passport, he types into his console )
VO: Where do you work?
Me: YYYY company
VO: So you help the government and other corporates by hunting evils?
Me: Yeah, that sort of my job.
VO: Which City are you going?
Me: ZZZ, CA
VO: So you would be working out of Cali?
Me: Yes
VO: What is your current role and responsibilities?
Me: I say something
<He interrupts me after one line and stamps the I-129S as approved>
VO: Did you ever visit the US?
Me: Yeah on a business VISA
VO: Your Visa is approved, enjoy your stay in Cali...
No questions were asked to my wife
However one of my colleague and his wife was asked too many questions
Note: Carry all the documents along with you ( however none was asked other than petition)
All the best!
