Please help on this bad situation - My wife is working on L2 EAD ( based on my L1B Status) and the expiry date is on April 14th 2010. I received L1A visa recently - valid till 2011 September and her L2 also approved. We applied for the New/Renewal EAD based on the new L2 on Feb 4th 2010 and its status is still received and approval pending with USCIS.
Does she need to quit the job by april 14th, if EAD is not approved before ?
Any chance to have an interim EAD ( though 90 days cap is not reached after the application submission ) ?
Is there any other option for her to continue the job ?
