Hi All,
I am applying for L1 through my company. They have given me a Petition number WAC0..... but they read it out of the I129. I am not very sure if the company has a Blanket petition, which apparently my company guy also is not very sure about?
Now I am filling the DS160 forms, and for the petition number, I am entering the I129 petition number. So if my company has a I797, which my hr person, will find out on Monday and confirm,Should I enter the Petition number that is on the i797 in the DS160?
So in this case will I have to refill this application once again? Please help
