L2 visa for minor child

Hi All,

i will be attending L2 visa interview in chennai consulate next week. i am not planning to take my minor child along with me. where will i be handing over his documents? will i be questioned as to why did i not bring him.

Kids below 14 are not required to attend the interview, for them you just need to drop their passport & some supporting documents at OFC.

Yup that's correct - even my kid who was 11 month old, we did not take him to the Visa interview. Just submitted the doc's and Passport.The passport got stamped along my spouse.
