I attended L1B(Blanket) on 18th March 2010 an got 221(g) because of PIMS verification. Today(1st April 2010) I got my Passport back with Visa stamped on it and everything in Visa is perfect. But I got back three I129S forms (I had submitted 4 copies to consulate) and none of them is having USCIS approval seal or VO sign on it.
My attoerny was telling me to get atleast one I129S form signed by VO.
1. So whether this will be an issue at POE?
2. Or If required is there any way that I can get received copy of I129S from consulate?
