Need advise - L1B RFE response received

Hi,

L1B RFE response is received by USCIS. In addition to that, my husband’s employer started premium processing and it’s more than 15 calendar days (almost 45 days) now. Also the overall 240 days after extension filing is also going to get over very soon.

Employer raised the case enquiry and no response came yet from USCIS

Anyone faced this situation or what can be done for next steps.

There is really nothing in your hand except to wait for a response.

In the worst case (completing 240 days), be ready to pack your bags & ready to fly. Overstay will be really bad for your future.
