Hi ,

Any one applied for L1A visa extension and got RFE recently?. Please shared your updates .

Please find my status below:
1) Extension applied on August 1st 2019
2) RFE received on September 17th 2019

What exactly you want to know, thousand of people applies for extension & gets RFE, finally they get extension approved or rejected.

Did anyone got L1A extension approvals after getting RFE ? How long it is taking to get response from USCIS after submitting the RFE in regular.

RFE is not an first step of rejection - take it positively.

Instead of straight away rejecting your extension petition, USCIS is giving you one more chance to provide evidences to prove your candidature. Reply to that with full confidence, it will be approved. I've seen hundreds of RFE & then approvals for L1A.

L1B is altogether a different story.
