Hi All,

Just need some clarification on my L2 EAD. My EAD is expiring in Sep'19 and the visa is valid till Sep 2021
I was about to apply for the renewal. Just want some clarification as my passport is getting expired in June 2020. So Will I get the renewed EAD till my passport expiry or will they issue me EAD till my i-94 which is till Sep 2021(Visa end date)

Any suggestions or comments will be appreciated?

Better to renew your passport first & then apply for EAD extension.

Note that you cannot work after expiry of EAD, until you get your renewed card in your hand.
