L2 EAD renewal

Hi
My L2 EAD is expiring on Sep 25 2019 and my receipt date is May 15 2019.Its almost 132 days.I havent received renewed l2 EAD.Is there anyone with same situation ?
In 2017 i got the new L2 EAD within 3 months.
Its filed in vermont.

Now a days EAD renewal is taking long time ... there are thousands of them waiting for their renewed EAD or RFE.
