L2 renewal expedite request via mail

My EAD is expiring in November I'm afraid to lose my job. Sent an Expedite Request via mail to Vermont. Has anybody send one? how we know they received it? Should I call instead?

You really cannot do anything, they are keeping EAD holder to wait for extended period & eventually loose their job, to be given to an American who doesn't have to deal with these things.
