Can Indian passport holder give L1-A Blanket visa interview in another country?

Hello All,

I'm a Manager at a global firm based off Mumbai office. My firm has started initiating my L1-A blanket petition and asked me to book visa interview for myself and family. Since I'm currently traveling out of India (between US, MEXICO, BRAZIL) booking a visa interview in US Consulate at Chennai would be difficult since I'll have to travel back just for that interview.

Wanted to ask, if I can schedule my appointment in Sao Paulo since I'll be here mostly in October as the project is ongoing. Please suggest, else I'll have to take up an appointment in India only.

It would be better for you, if you appear for visa interview in India.

But you can schedule interview anywhere in the world.
