L1 Visa - fired - not filing tax

Hello everybody,
i had such situation: was in 2016 on L1 visa to work as an engineer. In April company fired me and had to leave US quickly. I didn’t file the tax for 2015.
Now I want to visit US again but as a tourist.
Can I have any problems while entering US on B1 visa?
Of course regarding not filed Tax
