L1A interview help needed

I am in Toronto, and my company is filing L1A blanked for me. I need some answers to prepare for the interview. please help

1. I am confused between Toronto and Ottawa location for interview, which one has the better chances of approval?
2. My designation, role and responsibilities doesn't changes between Canada and US, and will remain the same. Does it have any impact?
3. My manager doesn't change between Canada and US, right now he is in the US. Does it have any impact?
4. Does expected US salary play any role in approval chances? Any minimum criteria?

Frankly, the visa application decision doesn't depends on the interview location.

2. My designation, role and responsibilities doesn't changes between Canada and US, and will remain the same. Does it have any impact?

Should not be a problem, as long as you are a international manager at both locations.

3. My manager doesn't change between Canada and US, right now he is in the US. Does it have any impact?

Should not be a problem, as long as you are a international manager & reports to someone with better designation.

4. Does expected US salary play any role in approval chances? Any minimum criteria?

Partially yes, it proves that you are really a manager & worth for your company. Minimum salary is based on your location. $100K in NewYork vs $100K in Detroit makes a lots of difference.
